Know Before You Go

Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Location: Travis County Expo Center, 7311 Decker Lane, Austin, TX

• Tip: Arrive early by 11 am before Grand Entry time if you want to park closer to the main entrance, as spaces fill up quickly during peak hours

• Look for the Austin Powwow signs to find the entrance.

• Parking is free and accessible parking is located at the front near the Expo center.

• Shuttles available with shuttle stops near the entrance of the Expo center and the Market

• Wear comfortable shoes, there will be lots of walking between the Powwow Arena and the Vendor Market in the Show barn.

• Food vendors are located in front of the Expo center

Powwow Etiquette & Safety

Please help us keep the Powwow safe and welcoming for everyone:

• No weapons, drugs, alcohol, or solicitation on Powwow grounds.

• Ask permission before photographing individual dancers.

• Only certified service dogs are allowed.

• Two First Aid stations will be available:

• One inside the arena

• One near the vendor/dining area

• Lost & Found: At the MC stand inside the arena, the heritage stage in the Vendor Market, or with any staff member.

Refund Policy

We will honor refunds up until 1 day before the Powwow.
